Economically country classification is determining with the Gross National Income (GNI), per capita, Purchasing power parity (PPP), according to the administrations of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the World Bank (WB) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Cancer incidence data presented are based on the most recent data available at IARC. However, population compares estimates from the US Bureau of the Census.
